Welcome to Jones Therapy & Wellbeing Services. I offer a discreet, compassionate, and empowering CBT clinic for you to work towards achieving your therapy goals. I’m based in Glasgow, and currently all sessions are being delivered online.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is considered to be an evidence-based approach. It is widely supported by scientific research and has a robust body of evidence demonstrating its effectiveness in treating various mental health conditions.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines recommends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for various mental health conditions.
